U Verse TV Free Soundbar Promo

I did the order for  U-verse TV/Internet package online a month ago  .  I applied the promo code that was appeared in the page while I was  filling up the order. I was chatting with the online Representative on the side to complete and confirm my order.

As the Reward card promo I saw 250$ reward for the package I was signing up.

I was offered extra $100 by the Representative . making it total of $350.00 

 

Now installation has been done  for both TV and internet as per the schedule on August 8. 

BUT NO SOUNDBAR has been delivered yet. Contacted Customer . Chatted and call and spend 2+ hours . They told they could not find it in my order. 

Also, there is only $200 as the reward balance $150 less than what was promised during the order.

I have the transcript of the conversation I made with Rep while ordering. Below is some portion of it

Is AT&T going to resolve my issue? Anyone else having similar issue.?

same problem.   I used the code freebar with my order, but att agent can't find it in my order and is not willing to assist
