Hey I have called AT&T service sales to buy the $75 bundle Internet 100+ U-family on June 29, 2019. What the sales representative told me is that: 1.) free U-verse for the first 30 days with no charge then change back to U-Family if I did not want to keep the extra channels. 2.) 100mbps for internet 3.) installation fee waived since I did the $75 bundle 4.) $5.00 off since I enrolled in paperless and Autopay. The technician came to my house on July 2,2019. Everything was set to go and go my account was set for me as well. It is now July 6, 2019 and I have got my first statement. To my surprise. AT&T has charged me for 1.) TV & Video: $98.16 (AT&T U-verse Tv U300) 2.) Internet: $40. I called customer service today and they told me that. I could not downgrade my plan and If I did I will end up paying more and will lose the bundle. Seriously WHAT THE FUDGE is this BULL EXCREMENT?! I tried calling back the sales services and they told me I have 14 days to cancel without extra fees since I just started the service with AT&T. Someone call me back ASAP AND FIX THIS!
Didn't expect AT&T to respond to my message. Big thanks to Mr. Matthew, AT&T Community Specialist for spending time with me on the phone. He got to adjust my bill and he fixed the plan to which i was suppose to be originally set up for.
