Tired of this!

My question is to all the people that have problems with At&T and the constant rise in the monthly bill with no notice of the reason for the rise. I've been a customer for 40 years yet I have to call constantly to get information as to new charges and new promotions. Often I speak to someone I cannot understand and often I'm put on hold or hung up on. It is just very discouraging to deal with this company. My social group experiences the same problems! This company has to improve it's customer relations!
