I am in the same situation. I was waiting on hold for 45 mins and was told that they don't have any record of that amount being submitted from the online sales dept. So they just passed the buck to the sales team.I spoke to them and they also have no record of that. Wow. What a coincidence? What the is going? AT&T put a promotion out and are not honoring that. What scumbags. They are running the same promotion now for $250 in rewards.And in addition, ATT does not put that reward promotion on any of their sales summaries they send out so they have this excuse also. Good job for screwing over your customers.
