I want to tell you guys that both the myatt.com and the att app both have a problem of logging in to the account to pay the bill. No this is not a internet issue, this issue is on there side not yours. It looks like the log in is caught up in a loop. I had to pay by phone. I suggest others to do the same I know there is a $5.00 dollar charge but it is the only way right now until ATT fixes this issue. Don't let anyone tell you this is a internet issue cause it is not, It is just the log in is stuck in a loop.
It is not loading. After you log in the account. It doesn't go no further than that. Like the log in is stuck in a loop. Don't know if it straightened out or not. Please let me know thank you and let others know you have fixed the problem please thank you.
