Recent Email from Universe

Recently, I received an email from uverse thanking me for signing up for some new program.  The problem is, that I never signed up for a new program and I am unable to speak to anyone about the email.  The site is so confusing (user id's, passwords, chats and no email) that I decided to try this forum.  Once again, I had to create a new user id and password just to post this message.  As a technician, I helped to bring DSL  to California in 1999.  Another one of my questions is, what does AT&T's web sites have to be so difficult to navigate.  I belong to Amazon, Patelco, Capital, Citi, Amex, Sears and several other web sites and I never run into a navigation problem with them.  Also, they do accept email.  Maybe I am just old fashioned, but I think AT&T needs some quality control.

p.s.  I still have no idea what they downloaded to my unverse account.

Please click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you find out about changes to your account. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope will appear in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your name and avatar) in a business day or three.

This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.

What new program were you signed up for?
