Im trying to make a payment with my Plenti rewards card. I spoke with 6 people today at ATT and was treated rudely and given no complete answers or explanations. I’ve been attempting to use this card since beginning of October. Ive called att and plenti more than 10 times - internationally. Please help me reconcile this.
AT&T is no longer participating in Plenti as of November 1, 2017. You can no longer link your myAT&T account to your Plenti card number, earn Plenti points with AT&T or use Plenti points with AT&T. Plenti points can still be earned and used at other Plenti partners.
