Is there options to suspend service while we try to catch up on bill

The only "suspend" option is  Vacation Hold and that's for minimum of 90 days, your account must be in good standing (not late) and there's a small monthly fee for each service. 

 

You might want to check on how to make Payment Arrangements

So other than paying what I have available what other options do I have at my disposal
