Overcharged on my bill

The bill is itemized.  So what do each of the line items say?  Quoted/agreed upon prices don't include taxes (I'm guessing is the bulk of that difference)?  If this is your first bill there probably is some prorating for the first partial month.  Maybe there was an installation fee.  All the line items should be noted in the bill.
