Never Got my 200$ Gift Card

I am extremely disappointed with the way ATT fools around with innocent customers and shamelessly lies about things that they never intend to deliver. I was promised to be given 200$ gift card once I sign up for ATT UVerse and Internet service but never got any gift card till date. Its been more than 6 months now. I called up ATT and now they say you have crossed the 4 month period and they cannot do anything about it.. What a bunch of crooks I tell ya.

I did contact AT&T rewards center and they gave this ridiculous explanation of 4 month rule... How ironic it is.. First AT&T promises for a gift card and lures customers to join.. then they never send it. Once I contact them inquiring about the gift card they make me feel its my fault for contacting so late. All they could do is tell me to contact Loyalty department. I'm sure if I contact them they are gonna make me run around like a rabbit.

Rewards cards do need to be redeemed within a certain time frame by you at the Rewards Center site, or they will expire. Typically an email is sent to notify you that you need to redeem them.

Just so that others know.. here is the update so far.

1. AT&T as usual made me run around the bush and gave Rewards Center 1 800 Number which I called.

2. The person on call apologized to me as usual at least 200 times but that does sh..t to my promised 200$

3. They all say the same over and over, i.e I would have personally surely given you the gift card BUT it has crossed the 120 day time frame and we can do nothing about it.

4. I asked the same original question i.e - You guys never sent any email or my card that was promised to me at the store, explain to me how it's my fault..... NO REPLY..
