I've lost my phone icon both on screen and in the apps. Cannot make a call.

My phone has been out of order four at least two and a half weeks have reported it at least every other day by phone am reporting it now by internet if not fixed immediately I will have it disconnected and go with another phone company.

we have been getting the 771 since yesterday afternoon. we have tried to reset and nothing happens

771 sounds like a DirecTV error; you've posted in U-verse TV. Try posting your problem in the DirecTV forum.
