My phone has been out of order four at least two and a half weeks have reported it at least every other day by phone am reporting it now by internet if not fixed immediately I will have it disconnected and go with another phone company.

we have been receiving the 771 code since yesterday afternoon. we tried to reset and nothing happens. can you help
771 sounds like a DirecTV error; you've posted in U-verse TV. Try posting your problem in the DirecTV forum.
