My phone has been out of order four at least two and a half weeks have reported it at least every other day by phone am reporting it now by internet if not fixed immediately I will have it disconnected and go with another phone company.

771 sounds like a DirecTV error; you've posted in U-verse TV. Try posting your problem in the DirecTV forum.

@_Springfield_ you cant, at&t has not allowed customers to choose numbers in many years, numbers are reandomly assigned by computer . only business accounts can customize numbers like 1.800.contact etc

Is not working...how do I fix this? I also did not use my passcode when disconnecting the service I used a security question.

Im a certified nursing assistant do i still qualify to receive a discount when I switch over from sprint to att? I work directly under a nurse and i am first hand with covid residents in my nursing home
