NFL Network and Red Zone

This is not the U-verse forum but the forum for the internet streaming service AT&T TV.

Is ATT adjusting bills since they dropped nfl network and RedZone?  These were extra cost. Please adjust bill until you put them back online. This is ridiculous to drop these channels that were extra cost and not decrease the bill

How can I get redzone without paying$395. For it.  I talk to reps and they say cancel then restart service to get it for free or call and they discount $100.  Didn't work for me.  Advice???

DirecTV does not sell standalone Red Zone channel. Per being the exclusive TV provider for the NFL Sunday Ticket you must pay for NFL Sunday Ticket Max.

The cancel/restart suggestion by the agent shouldn't have even been mentioned. Sometimes there are special reconnect offers on the NFL ST itself, but no guarantee so it is a lot of hassle without certainty of getting what you want.

If agent can discount the NFL ST Max, then great. If not, then in the end it is your choice whether you get it or not. Sorry but DirecTV doesn't ever sell standalone Red Zone as they are setup to provide the full games.

I am very disappointed that I can’t get red zone and NFL network now. Are you making any effort to get these back? I can not get direct tv because I live in an apartment.  If you are not taking steps to remedy this, I may switch providers. I am a long time customer and would hate to do that, but I really want to watch my team without going to a bar at 10 am.  Please let me know what is going on!
