A. I've been around for 10 years and I've never heard of "Choice", at least not with Uverse. The different levels are UBasic, UFamily, U200, U300 and U450.
B. Regardless of what package you have, try rebooting the DVR. If that doesn't help, reboot the RG and then reboot the DVR.

Maybe he's talking about the Unlimited Choice phone plan. It' was the only hits with the word "choice" I could find associated with att in a quick google search.
