Good evening I'm a very hard working parent ,daughter , coworker and I don't believe in trying to take advantage of any thing I want to be able to enjoy my services and lately that has not been the case at all , Every since I came on board with att I only was using the internet and home phone services I recently meaning back in Jan 2017 I ordered the uverse tv services and its been down hill from there my bill has been so high and I cant seem to get any resolution on to why this has happen.. Everyday there has been issues with intermittence and other problems and nothing but higher bills and its not because I'm late its because I was signed up for the wrong package and on top of all of that I have been bullied into something that seems the impossible to have to be changed because I have requested on several occasion to have my services downgraded just until I can find me another tv provider that is less than what I'm paying now .... we continuously keep having issue with lot and lots of signal lost to where it affecting the equipment itself I have reported this issue and nothing they credited the bill but its not helping me because I'm right back in the same issue with a much higher billing cycle than before and its ridiculous I'm trying not to use and ugly words because this not my character I just want what I want meaning my billed to be stable and my downgrade to be in place I can not afford this and being charged every month for them turning me off and on like I'm just stating things like it is I just can not afford this kind of bill every month when you have this constantly going down have to have equipment exchanged every other month customer service ordering something  that you did not ask for and etc.... I do not know what else to do but to reach out to you for assistance to get this resolve cause its really causing a lot of problems with my job and service interruptions... Plus I'm dealing with my mom cause she is sick as well its only me and I'm trying to make it living working from home but there is to much going on here and nothing is being addressed about this cause I have called and chatted and waited and nothing and the reason I say nothing ... because the advisors I have talked with has not documented anything nothing only to make me look like I'm the bad customer not paying my bill when I didn't ask for the package I'm on which is the U verse450 its just to much
