If both zip codes are serviced by the same VHO (video hub office) then you may take equipment with.
If serviced by different VHO, will need to return equipment via UPS store front within 21 calendar days and receive new equipment at installation.
If same VHO, will be able to watch DVR recordings at new location provided your account number does not change (move order). If your account changes (new customer promotion) then you will no access to recordings from original account.

Did you verify the new address has Uverse service available using the ATT Uverse address check data base?
Did you call or go online to request a move order?
