Live chat regarding att rewards card

How do I start a live chat with someone regarding a rewards card? I have been on hold for almost an hour and the recording keeps saying I can chat with someone on line but I can't figure out how to. I don't want to hang up my call 7ntil I have someone on line...

I have been on hold for over an 1hr and 30 mins for the 2nd time today after it hung up on me after an 1hr of being on hold. I have been waiting for my 250 rewards card for over 2 months now. the first card was mailed but cancelled. the second card never got to my house I called yesterday and it was CANCELLED!! BUT MY BILL PAYMENTS HAVENT BEEN CANCELLED!!!! i AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS. HAVING TO CALL TO DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED WITH WHATS GOING ON WITH EACH OTHER. EVERYTIME I CALL AN AGENT ITS OVER AN 1HR WAIT AND THEY CANT HELP ME. CALLED THE REWARD CENTER AND IT SAID A PHONE NUMBER POPS UP TO CALL ATT BECAUSE MY CARD IS UNDER REVIEW, CANCELLED FOR THE 2ND TIME!!!

I’ve been waiting for my 300.00 Visa gift card since I change my Dish to Direct & never received it.. I called my local AT&T where I do my business and they gave me info on how to check for rewards.. She said I should of got am email but all I got was info on my direct tv

I signed up for direct tv after I was promised a 300. Rewards card. Received 100 of it and that was 2 months ago. I called direct tv today was Transferred 4 times to be told that I didn’t qualify for it. Not the first lie they have told me

Did the same thing to us f’d us on $300 im cancelling tomorrow! The service sux, they were supposed to credit us the whole bill since we had 6 service techs out within 8 days for the problems.. still not resolved! No credits waiting on them crediting bill then shut service off and charge us a sht ton of money its ridiculous! Never had an issue with our local cable company thats what were going back to and im writing anyone i can to turn this sht company in and receive my money back for junk service

Hi I'm contacting you regarding my rewards card it said it was mailed out it's been 10 days prior to the mail out day and I haven't received it was wondering what's going on I've been having mail theft
