Linking Directv account to Plenti

I have a wireless account with Uverse broadband combined bill linked to Plenti and that is working fine.  I also have a separately billed Directv account.  How do I link the Directv so I can get my 100 pts per month for that.  I did a search on the Directv site for Plenti and got no results.  I meet the qualifications stated on the Plenti site

'In addition, if your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and DIRECTV or U-verse TV bills are not combined with your AT&T consumer wireless service bill, then the AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and TV account(s) must have the same last name and service address as the consumer wireless account in order to qualify to receive Plenti points for those accounts. '

We have a fantastic link which has information on how to earn Plenti points for our various services! In case you are not able to access it, here is a portion of the FAQ on how to earn points for TV services:

 

To earn Plenti points on your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV or U-verse TV service

  • You must be a Plenti member
  • Have an active AT&T consumer postpaid wireless account linked to your Plenti card number
  • Enrolled in Paperless billing and AutoPay
  • Have your AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, DIRECTV, or U-verse TV enrolled in Paperless billing and AutoPay by the 10th of the month.

It's NOT a fabulous program.  I've been trying to get my link fixed for the last 2 years.  AT&T cannot get it right.  I collected points for 2 years.  I renewed my contract, got a tablet and now my account won't link, therefore, no points for the last 2 years.  I've been autopay and paperless since you offered it.  It's not Plenti that's created this problem.  It's AT&T.  I've called, emailed, and chatted.  Still you cannot resolve the simplest issue.  Hurry up and get here December, because at that time, after 15 years, I will say Goodbye and Good Riddance to AT&T

Hello everyone,

 

AT&T will no longer participate in Plenti after October 31, 2017.

 

As an AT&T customer, you can join Plenti and link your Plenti card number to your myAT&T wireless account by September 28, 2017 and earn Plenti points on eligible AT&T purchases and monthly wireless, Internet and TV services through October 31, 2017.

 

After that date, you will no longer be able to earn or use Plenti points with AT&T. Plenti points can still be earned and used at other Plenti partners.
