Interactive Menu

I received a postcard today (4/18/19) telling me U-Verse games and interactive menu will no longer be available.  The interactive menu has choices the regular menu doesn't have ie: telephone services.  How will I be able to check it from now on?  And I'm guessing I won't be charged any longer for the games app since they are taking it away?  TIA

Interesting.  I haven't received the postcard but I assumed that you could still manage your VOIP services at  My AT&T  but when I logged into that website, it only gave me the option to pay my bill. 

 

If I'm wrong, someone correct me.

Hi There @grammyn2

That is a very good question.  We would love to answer that. Now according to the information that we have. It is not that the interactive menu is being retired. It is certain apps on that menu. 

 

Those apps are:

  • FitFusion TV featuring Jillian Michales
  • Games TV
  • Tumblebooks TV

As of April 30th, those apps will be retired. Now, the Gaming Channel(Channel 93), it will still be on the interactive menu. So the 5$ charge will be still in effect.
