If you call yourself customer service then you should be just that!!!

Back in the 1980’s my sister was CONSTANTLY on the phone with AT&T customer service. She spent hours on the phone kindly explaining, then getting frustrated, and most of the time yelling. At the time I thought, really, how bad can they be..... now I know!!

Let me just say this : if Verizon serviced my area, I would gladly have them...at least they know what customer service is!!

I’m NOT a 'fan' of AT&T CS, it’s kinda non existent. That’s why I’m here. I had NO way to get in touch with AT&T CS .

So, if I didn’t have to deal with you I wouldn’t. AND, in addition to the 'WORST ' CS , they just keep raising the price!
