If you call yourself customer service then you should be just that!!!
Back in the 1980’s my sister was CONSTANTLY on the phone with AT&T customer service. She spent hours on the phone kindly explaining, then getting frustrated, and most of the time yelling. At the time I thought, really, how bad can they be..... now I know!!
Let me just say this : if Verizon serviced my area, I would gladly have them...at least they know what customer service is!!
