To get paper bills, you have to sign into your account can cancel paperless billing. Follow the steps below:
How to get paper bills
Note: For linked accounts, be sure to cancel paperless billing for each account. Also, you cannot get paper bills if your credit status requires it.

George [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] I want to continue receiving a bill by mail, what else do I need to do?

@beannielogin to your account and choose paper billing were just customers here and cant access your account

I will continue to get my bill on paper or I won’t pay my bill and cancel all my phones and service. I’m not under contract.

@Cuda620 Why wouldn’t your paper bill continue? The only way to change it is to logon to your account and check or uncheck the paper bill box.

I just tonight received a text on my flip phone saying that I was being upgraded to paperless billing. This is Not acceptable and I will cancel all my services with att. It’s easy since I’m not under contract. Att better leave me be.

If you got an email or a text message (didn't know they were also doing it by text message) that says you are being switched to paperless billing if you don't click the specified link before Sept. 30 then if you don't just log into your myAT&T, open up your profile and update your "Billing & Payment options" settings back to paper billing. Stupid I know but that's the way it is.
