How long can service be suspended before it is disconnected?

I am a ex ATT employee and been a customer for over 20 years. I have always stuck to my payment arrangements. I had a hardship in June that I am just now getting caught up with and I am afraid my Uverse service will be suspended before I can make my payment. How long is Uverse service suspended before it is completely disconnected.

Hi There @AmazingM,

That is a great question. We can help with that.

According to the information that we have, the account is fully disconnected(cannot be resumed) after 60 to 90 days or 3 bill cycles after the first suspension, if payment has not been received. Please check your statement for your bill cycle and amount due.
