Horrible customer service

I was told when I signed up I would get a $100 gift card.I was never given it. I went the store 4 times and was promised it was being sent just to wait. Now that its been more than 120 days they can not give me the gift card because the promo was over. Lies!!!!!! I spoke to Jill from customer service. She was rude and unprofessional. Wont even give me her name. I spoke to the manager and had to ask her what the customer service reps name was. I was on the phone with them for an hour and 21 min for them to tell me they couldnt do anything and they hung up on me. Stay away from them!

The first thing you need to do is check the Online Reward Center for your Gift Card. Not only can you check status of the card, you can redeem it there as well. 

 

If you do not see it, our Reward Center can look into it. You can call them at 1-800-288-9983,  Mon-Fri 7am-7pm. You also have the option to email them. Once you follow the link, select "Click here."
