Can someone at ATT please listen. Our entire neighborhood has had Uverse problems and multiple outages since July 4th. Multiple households have had techs out who are able to get things working only to have it go out again. Can anyone understand that there is obviously a bigger problem in the entire area that needs to be addressed?

This is getting old, isn't it. Customer Care told me this morning he could see we had a line outage but is not allowed to report it per their procedures. All he can do is schedule a Prem Tech visit, then the Prem Tech must escalate to the line techs.
