He's not a csr, he's a great Community Specialist (along w/Morgan and Sadath) that came from the get social website after the two were combined.
I don't even recommend users call the 800 # and get stupid canned answers, they can PM Uverse Care and Customer Care and get results in a much more intelligent way.
Please NO SD stretch-o-vision or 480 SD HD Channels
