Damaged lawn and sprinkler system

On Monday, 05 May 2019 some personnel came out to install service for my neighbor because there are gray poles in my yard and I assume lines to be ran for people who get your service.  When AT&T came out and installed my fiber optic cable, they tore up my lawn and I paid for it since it was my service.  Well, they tore up my lawn again and this time have damaged my installed sprinkler system.  I turned my sprinkler system off to avoid wasting more water.  I have an incident number and pictures but was told that it would be 3-5 business days.  I return to work on Monday and will not be home during normal business hours but very concerned as now my lawn look horrible and I live in a newly built home and have the worst lawn due to the carelessness of the crew.  What are my steps to take to get lawn repaired and sprinkler restored?  Please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing, we can guide you to the appropriate area for assistance for your Property Damage claim.

 

You'll have to file a claim with Sedgwick, our claims administrator. To file a claim you'll need the following information available:

  • Location- The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos- Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged.

Once you have the information together, call the Claim Center. You'll find the phone number in the link above, under 'File a new claim'.

 

A claims examiner will be assigned to your claim, the examiner will contact you in 3-5 business days to discuss the details of the property damage. You'll then be given a claim number to track the status of your claim.
