AT&T customer service both over phone and in store is the worst I have ever experienced. Our service went out on Monday night at about 11pm. Tuesday morning I call and after about 25 min. of recordings and hold time I finally talk to someone who now asks me to pull out entertainment center and crawl around and trace wires to "troubleshoot". I am 73 years old and can hardly get around much less do all that. After struggling for quite some time to achieve this, all the while customer service is asking, " Have you done what I asked?" and "Let me know when you have done what I asked." I was told that the problem was in the an error in line and a tech would come out between 4:30 and 8:30 that day. I could go on but I'm disgusted with AT&T._ I will never recommend AT&T to anyone. Why do we pay so much for service and do our own troubleshooting. Believe me when my year is up I will find a much better "customer friendly" company. I personally know they are out there.
