Why is U-verse customer service so poor? Are they really affiliated with AT&T? I've been a customer for approximately 12 years and I haven't experienced the poor customer service in that entire time from wireless that I've experienced this week from U-Verse. I don't understand it!
Coming here using ATT Customer Care and ATT Uverse Care bypasses telephone/chat CS.
This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. They have the ability to go above/beyond what anyone on the phone can do.
