Canceling NEW service
I have recently (2 weeks ago) changed from XFinity to UVerse. WOW! Big difference. My question is simple. CanI get out of my 2 year agreement within the first thirty days? I can't watch a HD program on two separate TV's at the same time? If I want to record a program, I can't watch a HD program at the same time? What was the point in paying $49.00 wireless connection for my 2nd TV, if I can't use it for HD?
UVerse is decades behind the technology used XFinity.

Send the info to link above but in the meantime check your 'profile':
Press "menu" button on remote. Go to Options>System>System Info>System Resources.
Your profile depends on your Bandwidth cap.
