Any way to avoid having to switch to Direct TV?
My Uverse bill jumped from 180. something to 230.00! Called to ask assistance with bringing that bill back down. Nothing to offer me except to switch to Direct TV. There must be a great incentive for their reps to have us switch. It was a pretty hard sell situation- unusual in my experience with retention department. Any ideas how I can get away from AT&T altogether? And, our wifi has never been reliable-- week signal ALWAYS. I have complained consistently with no help. Apparently, they have come out with an extender for 39.99- I missed the free promotion. After all the years I have paid for an internet that has never worked properly, can they not send me that extender for free? We need to all boycott our companies as they do not take care of customers and it is a huge rip off. I am so dismayed and disappointed. Good way to get off of TV! Hello streaming...
