ATT U-Verse is down


ATT U-Verse is down

Greenville, SC says I don't have service when trying to log into the ATT U-Verse mobile app. Tried to activate my Showtime Anytime on my Roku and that app says I don't have a subscription after I log into my ATT U-Verse account. I have service though. Tried several times and a few times it gave me a different error message saying the ATT back end servers were down. Which is it? Server is down or I don't have service? I have service and I do subscribe to Showtime but I can't watch it on my Roku because I can't login. Very annoying. Please fix the issue!

We'd love to help you here! To get started, please Reset your device, delete cache and clear browsing history on your mobile device and then restart it. Uninstall and reinstall the App.
