$300 rewards card for transferring my service

I have transferred my internet, U-verse, and home phone service and need to know when I will be receiving the $300 Visa Rewards card? Usually I would have seen something by now.

We're happy to help you track your reward card! Click here to check the status with the Reward Center. Keep in mind that your reward will appear on the Reward Center within 30 days of active service.

Not getting your reward yet? We can help point you in the right direction.  We did send you a link to the online reward center. If you reward is not posted and it has been at least, 30 days since your install, please contact out reward center customer service at 800.288.9983. They will have the most up-to-date information about the reward that we have offered you.

I signed up for service about 3 weeks ago and I was told I would get an email with a link to redeem my reward within a few days well it’s been 2 weeks and still no email I have the confirmation email that says I get the 300 reward and haven’t Jared anything when I call att they tell me to call the reward center and I waited on hold for 30 min and just hung up can somebody point me in the right direction

I do not understand why AT&T has to make it so complicated! They lure you in with an offer of $300 if you switch/upgrade services, but then have you jump through hoops to get what's promised. I understand they want to make sure you stay a customer before handing you "free" money. But a little transparency would be appreciated (or at least better communication and means to track your "reward").

I signed up to upgrade my wireless and added a tv/internet bundle and was told I was going to get a Visa Card in a "few" weeks.

Just realized "few" is a relative term. What may be "few" to one may be an eternity to another...

Rant ended.

AT&T promised that I will get an email/mail on how to claim three $100 visa reward cards for signing up with AT&T Fiber and TV bundle. It has been over 2 months and no communication has come. After searching online, the AT&T rewards website says to claim the $100 visa card instead of $300. This is a scam, stay away from AT&T. I should have never switched from Xfinity.

$300 Visa gift card never came.  I bundled my service with a new internet plan. 

 

Where is my Gift card? Representative said it would come. Its been 9 months. Now they tell me i never had an offer even though the is documentation. Feel like I've been scammed. New customers beware!
