I've been trying to change my uverse account online. Every time I login in it says I can't change my account because I have an order pending. I don't have an order pending. It has been saying this for weeks. I call customer service, spend hours on the phone, and all they can tell me is I don't have an order pending. So helpful. Any suggestions? Our discount promos expire in 45 days and I was changing TV services online to see what prices will be. For U200 and below, a $20 movie package is added. I see no way to delete that online. Can it be deleted if I call CS when my promos expire? I know I might be able to get better prices through retentions when the time comes.
