Compared to my download speend my upload speed is terrible, I dont think this is how it should be and it isn't what im paying for.... I am using wired internet connection on a very good computer, this shouldnt be the case. 1mbs upload is 3rd world speeds

I was planning on setting up my internet solely with Wi-Fi. I have a number of devices, but not a proper computer, and nothing to plug the Ethernet cable into. Is this possible? Thanks.

I just upgraded my plan online to the 45 Mbps plan and it shows I have an appointment scheduled to have it professionally installed - does anyone know why an appointment would be necessary? Is different equipment needed?

I am at my wits end trying to get my home voice phone to show the correct time.. I can set the time correctly, but whenever I get a new call thru the uverse system the time on my home phone will revert back to the old time. (before daylight saving went into effect). Regardless of what show I watch on AMC HD, the sound will cut out for a couple of seconds at least a half dozen times during a 1 hour show. Sometimes it occurs on A&E HD too, but otherwise it doesn't happen on any other channel that I watch. Very irritating. Thoughts?
