I am becoming increasingly frustrated with my U-verse Digital TV Service. More times than not, I am losing my U-verse Signal while watching my digital TV channels (even during PPV services). I cannot tolerate this much longer. Please HELP!!! JDM

Is there a way to set up security on the NV589 gateway so that the default IP address (192.168.1.254) home page does not show all of the security details (SSID, network key etc) ?

For the last 2 days, when I rewind a program then begin watching, after approx 15 mins it'll jump ahead saying its to allow recording. But, nothing is recording! It also hasn't hit the hour buffer, so I'm wondering why this is happening & how to stop it. I've also rebooted the receiver & WAP several times w/ no change.

Hi, Just wondering is there a special department to report slow internet speeds too? In the evenings only with a wired connection directly to the router the internet speeds drop from the 45 Mbit speed ( speedtest) down to 15 Mbit (speedtest). I just had my home phone hooked up to my internet. My internet was already installed. All the service man did was plug in my phone. No installation was required. So why am I getting charged for installation that wasn't needed. The service man even told me that he would turn in that all he did was plug in my phone. I need to speak to someone immediately.

I unplugged the gateway to paint the room it was in. When I disconnected the green and white data cables, I did not note which went where. When I reconnected everything, I could not find a place for the white cable. I currently don't have TV, Phone or Wifi. I know this sounds crazy, but for the last month or so, when one commercial is ending and another one is beginning, there is a loud cracking noise. Never encountered this before with U-Verse. Anyone else experiencing this and any suggestions on how to get it fixed? It's almost like a bug that needs a download fix.

I signed a 1 year contract but am gonna be moving to a new location here soon. Can I have the service transferred to the new location that I'm moving to? I really like the service and don't want to lose it or have to pay early cancellation fees.
