Hello, I have two lines and I need to change a
setting on my 2nd line but the put down menu will not allow
me to do so. What am I doing wrong. I'm referring to uverse
home phone. This used to work.
Also, my window that used to pop on my tvs when I got a
phone call has stopped working as well.
