My subscription-level content is NOT available on Uverse.com

I've have been a Uverse subscriber for years and have always been able to stream live T.V. on my laptop when not at home. Recently, I recieve this message when signing in...."If you've signed up for a U-verse TV package, your subscription-level content will be available on Uverse.com once your Home Set Top Box is installed. Until then enjoy some free goodies."

 

How do I get this resolved?

Hi @trebug,

 

If you are logging into other internet connection, delete cache and cookies and try again. Data from your home connection can cause issues on another U-verse connection.
