How do you get someone in customer service to care about the problems you are experiencing?
I am so disappointed in the customer service I am recieving the worst customer service. I have asked to talk to a supervisor or a manager and get the silent treatment or they make me go through the automated system AGAIN and end up back where I started. I have been flat out lied to everytime I call and have gotten the run-a-round by the service line. I have had limited service since I upgraded service and now have no service at all. I have had 2 service calls where no one as shown up and at this point can't believe the terrible service I am able to get. Does anyone know someone in AT&T who actually cares about their customer service reputation who I can talk to.

Oh god, good one, you are a riot, LOL!! I've been trying to get them to correct a overcharge monthly bill for 6 months. 6 calls, 6 hours on the phone, talked to at least 20 people. They just pass you around, I can't help you. They try and insinuate that maybe you don't know what you ordered, or don't understand. Tell you if you get off phone now they will have a supervisor call and fix everything. No calls, no fixes, nothing. Last time I called and complained they reduced the number of channels on my programming without telling me!
