Switched to direct tv in April I did receive my 100 card from direct tv but getting the run around for my $200 card. Was initially told wait 3 billing cycles then check email, nothing. Next told check the junk mail, again no email. Next told email will be from att Uverse and 2-3 days to process still no emails. Every time I call att they transfer me to direct tv, again what part do they not understand I got that card already. Now on the phone with rewards center for 30 minutes now, thank god I have unlimited minutes. Where's my $200 card, this is ridiculous especially being a loyal at&t customer for years..... heck I would even take a $200 credit on my bill at this point.
