Just signed up for u verse. promised 200.00 reward card. spent an hour on one call and 40 minutes on a live chat to get absolutely no where. received only 50.00 card. Have read so many complaints on this from people. Is this a SCAM to get us to sign up? Is this how business is ran. Need some answers. Ready to go back to comcast.

Does anybody know a way to get a hold of Corporate? Preferably an email address. My bill almost doubled in the past couple of months and when I inquired about it over Live Chat yesterday customer service was down right rude and very unhelpful. I would like to forward on our conversation.

My billing for Uverse TV services increased by $3.71 this month with no explanation. Internet and voice portion of my bill remained consistent over the past 3 months. Why not the Uverse? I have not made any changes in the service.
