Why was I billed from June 24 - July 23 when I canceled my service effective June 30th. ATT doesn't seem to have a problem prorating service when you sign up with them. Does this not apply when you cancel service?

You changed the due date on my account without my knowledge and have the balls to charge me a late charge because of it. I want my account credited the amount of the late charge especially since we have been having trouble with the service due to the TV skipping.
