    Not that it's a big deal, but the uverse internet promotional offer of 39.95, jumped to 40.95. To me this seems to be a lie when stating it would be 39.95 for one year. I can only imagine what the further years will bring.

    Why doesn't AT&T offer better prices for current uverse internet customers? It seems to me that AT&T is more interested in getting new customers than retaining the current ones.

    All of a sudden, the U300 is insanely expensive. When did this happen? We never were paying $180 for cable/internet before. For that, we can find a much better deal with satellite! Anyone else dealing with this?

    I am very disappointed with my bill. I am having to pay over $100 than new customers. When I called to discuss my bill I had to stay on hold for 15min before talking to someone. This person had to transfer me to someone else and then I was disconnected. I received no call back, so I basically just wasted the last 30 minutes of my evening.
