WHY can't att leave a working payment site alone ... making a REGULAR monthly EFT payment and wanting to 'print' per the icon a receipt of the confirmation number does NOT include the variables; method / confirmation / pay on date doesnot work. must noodle about to find acount activity history, etc.. maybe if att staffers had to pay rather than auto pay reduced rate deduc...

I have had an ongoing issue with a bill/credit that I should receive due to being billed twice! I have spoken to numerous people who have noted our account (which is now closed) and now I am receiving a COLLECTIONS letter regarding the amount that I was to be credited NOT BILLED!
