I have had an ongoing issue with a bill/credit that I should receive due to being billed twice! I have spoken to numerous people who have noted our account (which is now closed) and now I am receiving a COLLECTIONS letter regarding the amount that I was to be credited NOT BILLED! Hello, I recently just noticed on my bill a equipment fee and when I purchased the services I bought the modem for $100 extra thinking I would save money.
