After you've disconnected your service, you will receive a final bill in the mail in 1-2 billing cycles.
Uverse equipment should be returned to a UPS store. All you will need is your account number.

@Abbie11 - UPS knows. Call ups to be sure they are an att shipping location & take the equipment there. They will pack it. Give them your acct # & keep yur receipt in a safe location.

You do not have to pay shipping. AT&T covers that. The UPS Store will issue you a receipt for the equipment. Keep that until you're sure AT&T has acknowledged receipt and your account stays clear of any unreturned equipment charges.
