Late fees
$9.01 for a three day late fee that's really expensive . Why are the late fees so high?

Think of it as punishment for not paying your bill on time.

Cheaper than a restoration fee if your service had been cut off.
At least you know of the late fee, others have just made their regular payment not knowing it goes towards the fee resulting in still owing money.

Be thankful, the restoral fees are now $40/service, had been $30/service up until recently. 😉
