Bait and switch !?

I was 2 seconds from canceling service this year and now I remember why ! You keep changing prices after an agreement is made ! Don't customer service people write down what they promise to deliver in price ? Why do " I " have to keep calling after you raise my bill !?

Same experience every year. Uverse tries to up my bill to double the amount of comparable Xfinity service. I call in. they give me a retention promo for 12 months and then I have to call the next three billing cycles to get it right.  They charged me for a new router a couple of years a go and they still charge me a  $4 "equipment fee".  I let it go becuase my time is more valuable than $4.  

It's like they want me to go to the competitor and this year I'm doing it.
