$4 Increase With No Explanation
Hello,
I got my invoice for this month last night and there is a $4 increase on it. I didn't change anything, I didn't order any pay-per-view, nothing. Is this common practice to just randomly increase the invoice without telling the customer? If so, I'm o-u-t OUT!

I must have missed the notification about this, assuming there was one. Thanks.

It was on your bills in the previous months. 😉

You're not talking to ATT, it's other users like you.

It's a lot better than other providers which go up a few dollars at any time they see fit.
Call them up and ask to speak to a retention agent. They'll offer you several different promotions. Write down their expiration dates and call back on those dates for more offers. And yes, these promotions are more than "$1 or $2 off here-and-there."

This must be an April Fools joke. Raise it $4, that is close to a 50% raise.

You were paying just $8 per month? What were you getting for that? Or should I say, " Who we! What's up with that?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u55jyowtBOk
You said, "You have just priced me out of your service. I only use the email and will get a free one and tranfer out of here." You still need a provider to use your free email address unless you go to the library or pay for the interent like in the old days at an internet cafe.

Technicaly, dialup does still exist, and if you can afford the long distance, some modem banks are even free.
About all you can do with it is e-mail, but that is all our friend said he wanted to use it for, so there you go.
