win 8.1 pc live tv does not load several channels

Several channels load completely on uverse.com.  Several channels do not.   ie Fox News shows the loading asterisk with blue light circling but never loads.  It used to load.  12/29/14 is today and not working.  12/19/14 worked great.  looks like a Java script is not being found.  What's up with that and how does that get fixed?  Tried 3 browsers...no firewalls...etc...etc...etc
