I have Directv and got to looking at my bill with all of the extra charges on it cable is starting to not look so bad anymore! What is the video services fee of $9.99? I do not have HD or DVR recorders. Thank you.

I am buying unlimited enhanced calling service 4 $34. Unlimited calling. So why is there an ADDITIONAL CHARGE 4 $15.00 4 calling advantage 2, description is redundant???

This is the work they left me after uverse had to be redone due to outdated equipment going bad.This is on 3 walls of the room. I have been trying to view my U-verse internet bill on line so I know how much I owe. The at&t website is a horror and nightmare. I know my email address and password, but no matter what I do I cannot figure out how to see how much I owe. Does anybody know how to view how much I owe?

I have had mediocre service for 2 years and as the time has passed, my bill has grown and grown. Trying to get a better rate, I can't even get someone who speaks English well enough for me to understand them. Do I just jump ship? Changing is such a pain but I can't keep paying over @$200.
