    Hello, I recently just noticed on my bill a equipment fee and when I purchased the services I bought the modem for $100 extra thinking I would save money. I just last night decided to up my speed and saw the equipment fee that I didn't even know I was paying. So my question is can I get my back from all the months I paid and or get that fee waived off my bill?

    my UVerse bill has gone through the roof but I'm not eligible for any deals although I've been a good customer for years. I'm seriously considering changing to another provider because almost $300 a month is getting out of my budget.

    Not that it's a big deal, but the uverse internet promotional offer of 39.95, jumped to 40.95. To me this seems to be a lie when stating it would be 39.95 for one year. I can only imagine what the further years will bring.

    Added two wireless connections to our whole-home DVR. Was informed of the $49 (each) activation charge - which is ridiculous but at least I was informed. The guy was here 20 minutes and I easily could have done what he did by myself. Did not know about a $149 installation charge until it hit the next bill. I never would have agreed to that. Very Frustrated.
