I just had my home phone hooked up to my internet. My internet was already installed. All the service man did was plug in my phone. No installation was required. So why am I getting charged for installation that wasn't needed. The service man even told me that he would turn in that all he did was plug in my phone. I need to speak to someone immediately.

I am paying 140 a month on cable and Internet. I have a couple days left on my contract and am thinking about going somewhere else.
