How long should it take for a cash payment to be posted to my Uverse account? I have been having major problems with transferring my service and was given an email address from an escalation rep of consumer.appeals@att.net to email my issues to and of course that address is undeliverable. Does anyone know of an email address I can send my concerns in writing as the multiple calls I have had have gotten me nowhere. Thank you.

I bought a house and cannot setup U-verse becaues the previous owner has not cancelled their service to the address yet. Is there someone I can talk to? The people in Pakistan answering the phone aren't able to help me.
