When I switched to U-verse I was suppose to receive a 100.00 rewards card, when I asked a rep why haven't I got it yet,she told me I had to keep my service for 6 months. It has been a year and can't get any answers.

After 2.5 hours on the phone with representatives and a manager, my problem has not been resolved and AT&T has demonstrated no interest in helping me 9 days after my first contact. Unfortunately, AT&T is only interested in selling more services and products; and not interested in helping resolve billing and services inquiries.

So how does a non customer get their email address removed from your system? A customer has used my gmail address to sign up to U-verse so I keep receiving all of his email about it including bills. I've tried calling support but they won't do anything because it's not my account. I want my address removed so I stop receiving his emails.

Been having nothing but thunder storms, high winds and flooding for a week. Today Uverse is intermittently off and on all day, modem lights flashing red at time. This is the internet, the landline phone, and the TV. How do I find out if this is a local problem UVerse knows about or if it is an individual problem of mine?

Neighbors across the street and in that area all have Gigabit service available. On my side of the street the neighbor 2 houses down has Gigabit (from a drop-down line from strung line). He is on the corner of side street 1 house from me on my side of street. He seems to be the only house on this side of the street with Gigabit service available. What gives here? My line ...

So I've been waiting 3 yrs for uverse availability and Directv contract to expire. Ran straight down to my ATT cell provider (customer since 2005). They sold me a TV/phone/internet bundle...decent price. Tech out in a few days, equipment installed, Internet very fast, BUT...he ran about a half mile of line through 3 neighbor' yards and crossed our very powerful creek twice...

I recently moved and had U-verse reinstalled to my new location. AT&T sent me a letter about receiving Amazon Prime included with my U-verse bundle but when I called the lady said I needed to do the installion thru Amazon's website. Can you give me any answers? In the letter was a Priority Code.
