I spoke to a rep online about upgrading my service and was able to receive an upgrade to u450 and 45 mbs on my internet. this was last Wednesday. since then my service was shut off. had to miss an entire day of work to have a tech come to my house for no more then 5 mins to tell me that when he pulled up my account he stated someone scheduled it to be shut off completely....

I am building a new home in Danville California and a cement box with Pacific Bell is right where the driveway will have to go. It seems the contents in the box are stubbed right there and none are in use. Who do I call to have this looked at and approved for removal or to have it moved?

I am in my 10th month of Uverse service and my bill was onlu right twice. It has varied from $10 - 40 over the other 8 months. I spent days on the phone and just tried live chat. Judging from the posts, I am not the only one taken in. There was supposed to be a $200 reward card for originally signing up. It never arrived. A phone call informed me that it took a couple of months to process....piffle. A second call resulted in an apology for no card and by way of recompense, high (?) speed internet was offered as a sop. Again no card!. Called again ...
